Melissa is passionate about helping companies navigate the US wine and spirits industry, continuing the legacy of her father and grandfather. As third-generation President and CEO, Melissa’s vision is to set MGX up for ongoing growth by fostering a culture that equips employees and customers to succeed. Melissa joined MGX in 1996 and took over from her father in 2002. Under her leadership, MGX has grown from a small family company with less than 20 employees to a national business with over 150 employees.

Lorri oversees all Logistics services at MGX, including Warehousing, Inventory Management, Transportation and Value-added Services. She joined MGX in 2019 and brings with her 25 years of experience in diverse roles across all facets of operations, spanning customer service, inventory management, production management, and project management.

As Chief Information Officer, Scott leads all aspects of technology, security, and business information strategy, supporting our team and customer partners. Scott has over 25 years’ experience in both public and private companies where his focus has been on technology modernization, data driven transformation, finance, and supply chain optimization.
Scott’s superpower is agility.
As Director of People Operations, Todd’s focus is on our greatest asset – our people. He leads the development and execution of strategies aimed at driving employee engagement, effective people management, and fostering a culture of equity and inclusion at MGX. Todd has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources, 15 of which have been in the beverage alcohol industry.
Todd’s superpower is values-based leadership.
As MGX’s Corporate Controller, Andrew leads the Treasury, Accounting, FP&A and Compliance teams. He joined MGX in 2021 after seven years at Ocean Spray. Andrew is a licensed CPA in Massachusetts and has more than 10 years of experience in both public and private accounting, working with manufacturing and CPG companies.
Andrew’s superpower is his ability to translate financial information into strategic insights.
Lily leads the newly established Marketing team and is responsible for managing the MGX Marketing strategy. Lily has over 20 years of marketing experience in the beverage alcohol industry, including brand management, new product development and innovation, brand and company strategy, as well as consumer research.
